The MSU Historic Costumes and Textiles Collection exhibit, ""They Marched in White"", showcased the types of items worn during the women's suffrage marches . Four historic white dresses, one with a black overcoat, are displayed. The second dress from the left is also wearing a white sash with the words ""Votes for Women"" written across it.
