The round patch is a Boy Scouts of America commemorative item from its 40th Lincoln Pilgrimage, held in Springfield, Illinois. The patch features hues of blue, red, black, and white. At its center, an embroidered bust portrait of Abraham Lincoln inside of a diamond is pictured. The Boy Scouts of America insignia is featured at the bottom of the patch.
