Description

The poster is a promotional item advertising an event commemorating the Battle of the Hampton Roads, which was the first battle to take place between two ironclad warships. A straight-on image of an ironclad ship is featured on the poster; a black silhouette of an ironclad ship and blue backdrop make up the background of the image. At the bottom, the event sponsors and their logos are listed.
