The medal's obverse features a right-side profile image of Abraham Lincoln with text. At the medal's reverse, decorative text is surrounded by a circle of stars. [Ref: Sullivan AL 1864-8]. Provenance note: Sold by Chuck Hand, Paris, Illinois. Original number: Lot 1, K-180.
