    Illinois Trail Lincoln Hike Boy Scout Medal

    The medal's obverse features the image of Abraham Lincoln walking outdoors while reading a book. The Boy Scout logo is featured just above his head. A jump ring is located at the top of the medal.

  • Five Dollar Penny Bank

    Five Dollar Penny Bank

    The coin bank is made in the likeness of the Lincoln Cent piece. It is bronze in color, and its obverse features a right-side profile image of Lincoln. A slot for coins is located just above the profile image. On the reverse, a decorative laurel wreath is pictured at the bottom of the design. The bank is stored in its original cardboard box with images of the coin bank on the front and back.

    The object features twenty-nine Lincoln cents from varying years (ca. 1910-1930) that have been mounted in a wooden, circular plaque.

  • Admiral Dewey Souvenir Medal

    Admiral Dewey Souvenir Medal

    The medal is a souvenir piece in honor of Admiral George Dewey, best known for his victory at the Battle of Manila Bay during the Spanish-American War. The medal's design is bronze in color and consists of a Maltese cross. Attached to the medal is a ribbon featuring stripes in hues of red, white, and blue. At the top of the ribbon, a decorative bronze pin is attached. A small, round sticker inscribed with the number 62 was found with the object.

    Veterans of Foreign Wars Membership Medal

    The medal is a Veterans of Foreign Wars membership item. The medal's design is gold in color and consists of a Maltese cross with a starburst. Attached to the medal is a ribbon featuring stripes in hues of blue, white, red, and yellow. At the top of the ribbon, a rectangular gold pin is attached.

    Abraham Lincoln Survey Commemorative Medal

    The commemorative medal honors Abraham Lincoln's survey of Petersburg, Illinois, which took place in 1836. On the medal's obverse, a quarter-right profile portrait of Lincoln is depicted. On the reverse, a scene from the survey's starting point is pictured, which includes a hilly terrain, a land survey tool (much like a Jacob's staff), tree, and flag.

The first page featured in the coin holder contains biographical information about Abraham Lincoln as well as information about the coin and stamp set. The ten subsequent pages are mounts that each display five Lincoln Cents from various years as well as one postage stamp.

The paper card mount's recto also contains biographical information about the 1964 Presidential Election as well as a color illustration of Lincoln is Re-elected President. The biographical information continues on the card's verso along with excerpts from Lincoln's inaugural speech.
