Orders number 45 of the proceedings of a Board of Survey at Fort Adams, Rhode Island on August 30, 1859 states that the first artillery will meet that day at eleven a. m. to examine and report on the condition of a certain property. The order is signed by Heny W. Clossom. Minutes from the meeting are recorded on the bottom and back of the order. The document is recorded as a "true copy" made by Henry W. Clossom.
