Justice Frank J. and Virginia Williams
These notes, dated February 3, 1849 in Springfield, Illinois, document the meeting of the Trustees of [Ishods?] in a township wherein an application is being heard and considered in support of a school in the northeast part of the township. The trustees ordered a district to be formed and informed the boundaries. The notes are signed by Charles Dupree, Silas M. Robbinson, and M. Hebron, trustees. The blue paper is damaged along the edges and creased.
