This pamphlet illustrates the differences in government ideal--one in the old ways, one in the new. The pamphlet uses the Declaration of Independence, The Gettysburg Address, Lincolns second inaugural address, and President Wilson's inaugural address as examples. A table of contents is included after the prefatory note.
