Description

This handwritten letter, dated January 30, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in France to Juliette Chamberlin in Jackson, Mississippi. The letter explains that he's been on the move again and hasn't been able to write and expresses his frustration in the unreliability of mail service. The letter is signed, "Devotedly, Son" and does not include an envelope.
