This handwritten letter, dated January 3, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in France to his sister, Kay Bogan, in Meridian, Mississippi. The letter discusses how he is concerned that his parents are worried about his move to France from England and describes what the living situations are like in his camp. The letter is signed, "Love, Son." The War and Navy Departments V--Mail Service envelope is postmarked U. S. Postal Service No. 3, January 18, 1945.
