This handwritten letter, dated March 18, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in France to his sister, Kay Bogan, in Meridian, Mississippi. The letter discusses the socks she sent him, her guess as to where he is, and the U. S. O. show he saw recently. The letter is signed "Love ya! Son." The War and Navy Departments V-Mail Service envelope is postmarked U. S. Postal Service No. 3, March 28, 1945.
