This color advertising postcard features three pictures of Clarkin's Restaurant and Lounge and Clarkin's Motel. The photo in the upper left corner features the exterior of Clarkin's Restaurant and Lounge--a white clapboard building with a sign on the front gable that says "Clarkin's" and a sign at the end of the building advertising that the Motel office is in the cafe. The photo in the upper right corner features the interior of the restaurant with a woman in a white dress standing next to a jukebox with a counter and stools to the left and a table near the front of the photo and a sign over the counter reads "Good Food Clean Cabins Air Conditioned 'For Your Comfort'" and woman is seated at a table at the far right edge of the photo. The bottom photo stretches along the lower half of the card featuring the exterior of the motel, a white clapboard building with six doors and six windows visible. The title along the bottom edge of the card reads "Clarkin's Restaurant and Motel Bay St. Louis, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for postage stamp placement. The description in the top left corner reads "Clarkin's Restaurant and Motel Two and One Half Miles West of Bay St. Louis Bridge Bay St. Louis, Miss. Mixed drinks lunches dinners Modern Air Conditioned Rooms. Family Accommodations." "3.00" is written in pencil near the top of the card.
