Description

This color postcard features a double deck steam boat named "Choctaw" docked on the bank of a river. People and stacks of cargo and cloths draped over deck railing are seen on the boat. A wood plank is propped upon the edge of the bottom deck to connect it to the bank. The title in the upper left reads "Scene on the Yazoo River, Greenwood, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information and indication for postage stamp placement.
