Description

This black and white photo features a small boat being lowered from a Navy ship. A group of sailors are pictured on the deck of the ship watching the boat being lowered. More sailors are pictured in the lower right of the photo. The handwritten title in the lower right corner reads "Calling Away a Ship's Steamer." The photographer is written beneath the title. The back of the identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address and postage stamp placement.
