Description

This color postcard features a large naval ship with a small boat beside it. The tree-lined coast can be seen behind the ship. The ship bears two pole masts, two funnels emitting smoke, and flags flying from each end of the ship. The title in the lower left corner reads "U. S. S. Kentucky." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information, as well as, indication for address and postage stamp placement. The image of an eagle carrying a United States flag shield is in the upper left corner.
