Description

This color postcard features a naval ship in the water along the coast. Another ship is seen in the distance behind it. Smoke is emitting from one of the three funnels/stacks in the center of the ship. The image of an eagle in the center of two crossed United States flags is in the upper left corner of the card. The title in the lower left of the card reads "U. S. S. Main." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information, as well as, indication for address and postage stamp placement. The image of an eagle carrying a United States flag shield is in the upper left corner of the card.
