Description

This color postcard features a naval ship on the water near a coast. The ship features two pole masts flanking four funnels/stacks in the center of the ship. A blue flag flies from the bow of the ship while a United States flag flies from the stern. Two small boats are in the water near the ship. The image of an eagle in the center of two crossed United States flags is in the upper left corner of the card. The title in the lower left of the card reads "U. S. S. Pennsylvania." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement. The image of an eagle carrying a United States flag shield is in the upper left corner of the card.
