Description

This black and white picture postcard features a large group of sailors gathered on the deck of a ship, some standing and some seated around equipment. A United States Flag flies near the center of the photo and ship weaponry is visible. Another ship is pictures in the open water in the background. The handwritten title in the lower left of the card reads "Mining Drill". Photographer and copyright information is in the lower right of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement.
