Description
21 February 1835, is an indenture contract between Lemuel & Martha Bullock and Aaron Spell selling 80 acres of Holmes County land to Aaron Spell, signed by William L. Trimble, Probate Court of Holmes County, Mississippi. Page 2 outlines the contract and the responsibilities of each party. Page 3 contains additional contract information as well as the signatures of Lemueland Martha Bullock, Aaron Spell, and three witnesses.
