Description
This United States land patent grants William Gibson, assignee of Sutton Byrd, purchase of a tract of land in the Washington District of Mississippi. The patent describes the tract of land as the northwest quarter section, one in township six if range four east in the district of Washington and State of Mississippi containing one hundred and fifty acres and sixty-eight hundredths of an acre. the patent is signed by President James Monroe and George Gibson, Commissioner of the General Land Office.
