In this ex exparte document in Attala County Chancery Court, it is noted that R. B. Webb, special master and commissioner in the cause received one hundred, thirty-three dollars and eight-five cents as shared for Smith and his minor children in the sale of a lot of land in Kosciusko, Mississippi. the document states that the sum breaks down to thirty-four dollars and forty-two cents per share as shown in the September 1888 term of the Chancery Court.
