Description

In this ex exparte document in Attala County Chancery Court, it is noted that R. B. Webb, special master and commissioner in the cause received one hundred, thirty-three dollars and eight-five cents as shared for Smith and his minor children in the sale of a lot of land in Kosciusko, Mississippi. the document states that the sum breaks down to thirty-four dollars and forty-two cents per share as shown in the September 1888 term of the Chancery Court. The document is signed by John P. Smith and appears as number 1105. The top and bottom edges are visibly torn.
