Description

The handwritten court document describes the court decision and orders in the dispute between J. A. Breyer and M. M. Hull including the property in dispute. The jury found in favor of the defendant, M. M. Hall, awarding the value of the property at a value of one hundred forty dollars. A note at the bottom, by M. M. Hull acknowledges that he received the property in the suit from the Attala County sheriff, R. B. Webb per the circuit court's orders on October 14, 1887.
