Description
In this handwritten letter, Wirt Adams writes to R. B. Webb regarding his role as tax collector for Attala County, Mississippi and provides the statements of accounts for Attala County for the years 1885 and 1886. The accounts include balances due the county and balances due the state for those years. Wirt offers Webb the opportunity to study the accounts and provide any corrections he might find. The letter is written on State of Mississippi Officer of Auditor Public Accounts letterhead.
