Description

This court document addresses the decree confirming sale in the J. P. Marshall guardian "et al" versus J. A. Clark, Jr case in Attala County, Mississippi. The decree comes from the report given to the court by Master and Commissioner, R. B. Webb for the sale of the disputed land. The document provides a land description and states the court has found the commissioner had fully conformed to the terms and conditions of the decree of sale thus orders Webb to deliver a deed to Mrs. M. C. Ford for sixty acres and deliver a deed to J. A. Clark Sr. for twenty acres. The decree was filed September 9, 1889 by H. L. Land, Chancery Clerk and recorded in book "F", page 159.
