Description

This court document addresses the decree confirming sale in the J. P. Marshall guardian "et al" versus J. A. Clark, Jr case in Attala County, Mississippi. The decree comes from the report given to the court by Master and Commissioner, R. B. Webb for the sale of the disputed land.
