This questionnaire asks if state deeds on file with the chancery clerk's office are turned over to the circuit court to which is responded that no, the Chancery Clerk records the deed. A second statement at the bottom of the paper describes a piece of land and the cost of sale discrepancies between the sheriff and the office.
