In this document, R. B. Webb, Commissioner, is authorized and instructed to use the distribution shares in relation to a section of land in Kosciusko, Mississippi to pay the bid of one hundred and seventy-six dollars to Mrs. M. C. Ford and to distribute any remaining funds to Mr. W. H. ford, Sr. as the agent of the authorizing entities. The document is dated April 2, 1889 and is signed by W. H. Ford, Sr., M.C. Ford, W. H. Ford, Jr., and A. B. Ford.
