Description

In this Bill for Partition in the Attala County Mississippi Chancery Court, John P. Marshall, guardian of minors, J. N. Ford, Jennnie S. Ford, and Kitte Wade and adults, Anna B. Ford and W. N. Ford, Jr. petitions for the sale of land in Attala County to be divided among the interested parties and asks the court to command J. A. Clark to provide reasoning as to why the land shouldn't be sold. A waiver by J. A. Clark is included with the bill stating that Clark waives issuance of process and consents to the sale of the land. The bill is dated February 18, 1889 and was filed on February 19, 1889 by H. L. Land, Chancery Court clerk.
