This bill lists fees charged in the O. C. Scarborough verses Mary L. And W. M. Cook case for court fees associated with the Chancery Court in Attala County, Mississippi for the September 1889 term. Fees include Chancery Court Clerk fees, Sheriff's fees, and fees as master and commissioner. "Received of R. B. Webb $25 as my fee for one acknowledgement in this cause. H. L. Land clerk" is written sideways in the Clerk's Fees section . "Received of R. B. Webb Four and 60/100 dollars Printers fee Sept 12th 1889 Campbell and Noah" is written sideways in the Fees as Master and Commissioner section with the fees listed to the right of it.
