Description
In this document, Clayton Webb agreed to sell to his sister, Annie Webb Ray, his interest in the property inherited in Kosciusko upon their mother's death. The deed of transfer describes the tract of land and explained that it had belonged to his mother and as she had died intestate, he had inherited a child's part in her property. The document is signed by Clayton Webb and notarized by U. S. Hegrrell, notary public for Wildon County, Texas.
