Description

This stock certificate documents that E. L. Ray is the owner of exactly four hundred shares of the Capital Stock of the Bolivia Gold Exploration Company. The certificate is dated January 13, 1931 and is signed by Percy S. Morris, secretary and Victor J. Wallis, Vice and Acting President. The top certificate includes an image of a bald eagle with it's wings outspread and the statement "Incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado" above it. A gold seal for the company is in the lower left corner of the certificate.
