Description

In this last will and testament, Emmett L. Ray names his sons as his executors and provides instructions for them. He goes on to bequeath his present homestead to his daughter, Margaret Ray Buchannan and provides the exact location and exceptions to the property. The remainder of the estate is directed to be divided equally among his four children and provides further instructions for the event that one or all of them are deceased at the time of his own death. The will is signed by Ray and two witnesses. the dated of the will's filing and location of the will's recording are handwritten at the bottom of the second page.
