Description

In this unsigned copy of a bill of complaint, the complainant, Ernest Chunn, files against Mrs. Gertrude Cassel Ray as the administratrix of the Emmett Ray estate alleging that the traffic accident in which Emmett Ray died, was caused by Ray's own negligence and has cause irreparable physical damage to Chunn's health and well being. The complaint describes the alleged actions that led to the traffic accident and names several instances wherein Ray broke the law while causing the accident. Chunn asks the court to be paid $25,000 from Ray's estate as damages for his injuries and disability.
