Description

This certificate from the treasury department of Liberty Loan Organization of the eight federal reserve district appoints E. L. Ray as the Director of Bankers for Attala County, Mississippi. The certificate is dated August 22, 1918 and bears the image of an eagle flying with a U. S. flag in the top center edge, a green border, and the illustration of a shield in the bottom center edge.
