Description

In this bank loan note, E. L. Ray agrees to pay J. S. Love, Superintendent of Banks, Kosciusko Bank in Liquidation at the Kosciusko Bank three thousand, three hundred dollars with six percent interest from July 1, 1933 to January 1, 1954. Ray deposited one share of Mississippi Cotton Seed Production Company Preferred stock as collateral to be sold should the loan not be repaid.
