Description

In this deed of trust, dated May 19, 1931, Ed Barns agrees to pay The Kosciusko Bank twenty-three dollars and twenty-two cents according to his promissory note. The note is due by November 1st, 1931 with eight percent interest. The trust lists collateral property should the loan not be repaid. A handwritten note on the back of the trust transfers the note and trust to E. L. Ray on October 30, 1931.
