Description

This warranty deed, dated November 22, 1899, describes the conveyance of a strip of land in Attala County, Mississippi from M. E. Lansdale to B. F. Ray at a cost of five dollars to be used to access to property already owned by Ray. The title is conditioned to revert back to Lansdale when the strip is no longer used by Ray. The location of the strip of land is described in the deed and the deed was notarized by Justice of the Peace, B. W. Runnels. The filing notice at the Chancery Court by the clerk is located on the back of the deed.
