Description

In this warranty deed, dated May 4, 1964, Gertrude C. Watkins agrees to sell and convey her interest in a lot of land and buildings to Robert B. Ray and Leighton Ray. The deed explains that a survey will need to be done to provide an accurate description of the property named in the deed and goes on to explain that Watkins conveys all undivided interest in the E. L. Ray estate as it was inherited by her husband Emmett Boyd Ray who has since died. The deed was notarized by Attala County Notary Public, Agnes A. Ewing.
