Description

In this deed of trust, dated September 15, 1919, G. M. Noah is indebted to W. W. Dodd for two thousand dollars according to the promissory note made on that same date with six percent interest. The note is due on or before November 15, 1920 and the deed of trust lists a parcel of land in Attala County, Mississippi that secures the loan and names S. L. Dodd as the trustee of the deed of trust. The promissory note is included with the deed of trust.
