Description

In this document, dated April 17, 1920, William Howard of Etzatlan, Mexico appoints W. W. Dodd of Kosciusko, Mississippi as his power of attorney with the authority to oversee and otherwise manage any and all legal matters in Attala and Leake County, Mississippi on Howard's behalf should he be unable to do so on his own. The document was certified by the Vice Consulate of the United States of American in Guadalajara, Mexico on April 27, 1920.
