Description

In this deed of trust, dated February 13, 1925, Floyd and Edna Hutchins are indebted to E. L. Ray in his role of the executor of the W. W. Dodd estate for a sum of one hundred and six dollars with six percent interest pursuant with the promissory note of the same date. A James and Graham wagon is listed as collateral to secure the loan. A torn copy of a power of attorney document naming E. L . Ray as power of attorney is stuck to the back of the deed of trust.
