Description
This contract agreement grants South American Construction Company, Ltd the rights to mine a particular tract of land owned by Bolivia Gold Exploration Company for a period of ten years. The terms of the agreement are explained within the contract including what is to mined, how mined materials are to be allocated between the two companies and what type of machinery is to be purchased for use in the mine.
