Description
In this article from the Jackson Daily News, John H. Boyd, a former correspondent of the Daily News at Wesson, writes of what it is like living as an American soldier in France during World War I. He writes about "gay Paris" and the difference between "Uncle Sam's boys" and their abilities to draw respect from the French .He goes on to detail his thoughts on how the war is progressing and some of his experiences in Europe.
