In this handwritten letter, dated September 22, 1907, John Gordan Davis Boyd writes to his niece, Annie Webb Ray to offer her advice on caring for his elderly sister, Annie's Aunt Sophia who has moved to Kosciusko, Mississippi from El Passo, Texas where he had been caring for her previously. He encourages her to look past Sophia's peculiarities and explains to her the way he handled and assisted Sophia. There are two letters with similar information, presumably written on the same date.
