In this handwritten letter, dated August 6, 1921, Leighton W. Ray writes to his parents, Anna (Annie) Webb Ray and Emmett L. Ray to discuss his finances and still speculates on whether or not he should stay in school in Chicago or go to Penn State. There appears to be a page missing between pages three and four.
