Description
In this handwritten letter, Clayton Webb writes from Texas to his sister, Annie "Nancy" Webb Ray in Kosciusko, Mississippi to let her know that he is leaving for West Texas to start his chicken farm and instructs her where to send mail. He goes on to say that he should have enough money to get by on for a year or two until he gets established. The letter is written on McKinney Compress Company stationary. An envelope addressed to Mrs. Annie Ray and postmarked McKinney, Texas, February 6, 1921 is included.
