Description

In this handwritten letter, Wirt Adams, in Jackson, Mississippi to Clayton Webb in Kosciusko, Mississippi to discuss the taxes due the state from his father, R. B. Webb and lists the amounts paid. He goes on to assess R. B. Webb's county taxes and invites Clayton Webb to reexamine for himself to see if Adams's assessment is correct.
