Description

In this handwritten letter Robert Webb writes from Kosciusko, Mississippi to his cousin, Leon Hays explain that he's been very busy working in the Chancery Clerk's office and unable to find time to write. He goes on to inform him that he unexpectedly was elected Sherif and will go in to office the following January. He then lets him know that his grandmother is doing well and asks after Leon and Sophia often. He describes who will be his new deputies and concludes by updating him on family and friends. The letter is written on Office of Clerk of the Chancery Court Attala County stationary.
