Description
In this typed letter, Wess writes from Cuba to Annie Webb Ray in Kosciusko, Mississippi to apologize for not responding to her letter sooner, explaining that he had been sick for a month. He goes on to tell her the prescription of cognac that finally helped him recover. He then discusses the unjust of life in that as we age begin to lose the people we love to death . He concludes by updating her on his son, Yale, who is living in Missouri with "Mil".
