Description

This empty, white envelope is addressed to R. V. Webb in Kosciusko, Attala County, Mississippi with a return address for the Executive Department, Office of Secretary of State, Jackson, Mississippi. "Circuit Clerk" is handwritten on the lower left and "Receipts for Public Documents" is handwritten sideways along the right edge. Then envelope is postmarked Jackson, Mississippi, December 15 with no legible year and red, six cent postage stamp is in the upper right corner beside the postmark.
