This typed letter, dated September 24, 1995, is addressed to Ralph Kirshner in response to a telephone inquiry regarding research on Orville E. Babcock. The letter offers some insight into the contents of the Babcock Diaries and requests more information into Mr. Kirshner's research request. The letter is unsigned.
